“I don’t usually paint colour on empty paper, but on an image that already exists. Almost all my memories are printed on paper and for twenty years I have been adding paint and material to them.
At first it was self-taught, while I studied and worked in advertising, but later I trained specifically. It took me years to discover my own plastic discourse, to find the balance between the spatula, the photography and the materials. The intermediate path of abstract realism that I define and support in what I live and in my way of living. My work is me. ”
