“It is this”

Here’s everything, here and now:

The pain and the pleasure
the past, the present and the future,
the beautiful and the ugly,
the authentic and the imposed,
the heat and the cold,
passion and boredom,
everything and nothing, holding hands,
dancing in a circle around you,
Just for a second and forever.

This thought and painting came to mind after reading a short poem by #amirkhusrau

“If there is a paradise on earth,
It is this, it is this, it is this.”
