TECH DATA

Location requirements

• We are looking to have premium spaces in highly frequented locations, specifically areas where fashion and lifestyle brands are present. Highly pedestrianised areas and shopping centres are perfect locations.
• The minimum recommended surface area is 80 sqm. The ideal is between 120 and 200 sqm with around 20 sqm as storage room.
• A façade of at least 6m front and large deep display windows is strongly recommended.

Investment

The minimum estimated investment to open your own PICTOCLUB Gallery is €50,000 – €80,000, which may vary depending on renovations needed in location space and number of sqm. We also recommend a minimum of €50,000 of available funds.
