REGISTER AS AN ARTIST – Open and manage your Artist account

If you have already decided to be part of PICTOCLUB, your next step is to send us your APPLICATION.

Follow this LINK , scroll down the page and find the application form to become a PICTOCLUB Artist. 

• Fill in the form with information requested. The more information you provide, the better.
• Click on the ‘SEND’ button to finalize..
• A message confirming that your application has been sent will show up on the screen.

Our team of curators will consider your application. Unfortunately, we cannot accept all applications. We thank you for your understanding. If your are finally selected, a member of our team will follow up with you with detailed information on how to proceed with your registration.

Once your application has been considered by our Team of Curators, your next step is to officially register as an Artist.

1 – You will receive an email with a private link that will lead you to our New Artist Registration page. You can then begin the process of registering as new Pictoclub Artist.

• Enter you name and first name.
• Enter your email address.
• Choose and confirm a password.
  • • • • To ensure the complete security of your profile use a complex password
        • Use at least 8 characters
        • Combine letters and numbers
        • Combine high and low cases. 
• Accept our Terms and Conditions. Make sure to have read them before accepting.

.Click on the ‘REGISTER’ button to finalize..

For security reasons we will ask you to verify your email. Check your email inbox as you will receive an email from us.

Once your email is verified you will be able to access your personal account, complete your profile, upload your artworks and manage your orders.

Once your email has been verified you will be directed to the login page.

Insert your login coordinates (user & password) to access your Artist Dashboard

2 – Complete your ‘ARTIST PROFILE’

Click here or access from the link ‘Artists’ located on the upper right side of the website. 

Once logged in your will be access your Artist Dashboard. Go to Section ‘Artist Profile’. In this section you will be asked for the following information:

• • A photography – choose one that represents you.
  • Name –  choose to use your real name or the pseudonym or artistic one you use. 
  • A short biographical description – a short text about you and what defines you as an artist. You have a maximum of 1.000 characters. Let collectors know more about your style, what inspires you and what art means.
  • Link – please provide us with details of your website and profiles in social media platforms

3 – Complete Section ‘ACCOUNT INFORMATION’

In this section you will be asked for the following information:

• Legal information – Your real full name will be requested at this stage, along with your contact details. For legal reasons we will ask you for a scanned copy of your national identity document or passport.
• Billing information – You can choose between being billed as a natural person or as a company. If you select to be billed as a company, you will also have to provide a scanned copy of your company registration.
• Payment information – To make payments to you when we sell one of your works, you will be asked to provide the account number in which you want us to deposit the money.

Validation of your profile 

All data in this section must be validated by PICTOCLUB before your profile and your portfolio are visible on the website

While we validate your Account Information you are allowed to beging uploading works to your profile. Once your data has been validated, you will be notificed by email and your profile and the works you have uploaded will be visible to the public. We try to make this verification process as fast as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Privacy policy – At Pictoclub we take the legal security of our clients very seriously. You can be sure that all your personal data will be used only for matters related to the management and sale of your works in Pictoclub. We will not transfer your data to third parties, nor will it be used for commercial reasons.
